Choosing sausage options for your order

Underground Processing’s sausage schedule includes breakfast flavors, everyday varieties, no-added-sugar recipes, cheese options, and flavor boosters. The listed prices are batch charges unless marked per pound. Review the order and flavors sheets, then ask which recipes and product forms are available for your species and batch.

What batch size is listed?

The published schedule lists 25-pound batches for beef and pork and 30-pound batches for other species. Garlic Pepper has a larger listed batch: 30 pounds for beef and pork or 35 pounds for other species. Confirm the usable meat quantity and recipe before planning an order.

Are grinding and packaging included?

The page notes that flavor prices do not include grinding fees. Bulk chubs or vacuum-sealed bulk sausage are listed without an additional per-pound form charge, while links, rope, and patties have separate per-pound prices. Ask for a complete estimate covering grinding, recipe, product form, and any other requested options.
