A family business built for producers.
Larry Masters founded Underground Processing in 2017 after acquiring the former NIKO & COMPANY facility. Following receipt of a USDA inspection grant, the business opened to the public in June 2018.
Since then, our team has worked with farms and direct-market producers who need a processing partner they can talk to, plan with, and depend on.
Processing is an important step for your farm, your customers, and your reputation. We take that responsibility seriously, with clear communication and careful attention to each order.
